- I reply personally, the same day. Every call, text and message comes to me, not a call centre or an assistant.
- We have a short conversation. Usually 15 to 20 minutes by phone or video, about your goals, timing and budget. There's no cost and no obligation.
- You get a clear plan. For buyers, that means areas, costs and next steps. For sellers, a pricing range and preparation plan. For investors and landlords, the numbers that matter for your property.
Where I work
I help clients across Toronto and the GTA, most often in Toronto (including Forest Hill and High Park), Vaughan (including Kleinburg and Woodbridge), Mississauga, Oakville, Richmond Hill and King City. I grew up in Vaughan, and I'm happy to meet you at your home, at a showing, or by video.

Do you work outside these areas?
Yes. I help clients across Toronto and the GTA. If you're looking somewhere I don't know well, I'll tell you honestly.
